FAQ's

Do you sell to the general public?
We are a trade only web site and products purchased from this site are for resale only. We are sorry but we do not sell direct to the public. To view our products you will be required to provide your company details. Please complete our password request form and we will email you with the required password to browse or shop.

What is your carriage paid order?
A carriage paid order to UK mainland is £250. For all other areas please look at our delivery information page. If you are situated anywhere which isn’t listed on the delivery table please contact us and we will be happy to provide carriage paid order amounts to almost anywhere in the world. If the above amounts initially seem a little intangible we normally always find a way to help even if it means splitting the carriage charge. We work with many freight companies and can secure some very competitive delivery rates.
     
Do you exhibit at any trade fairs?
We usually exhibit four fairs in the year. Starting with Harrogate in January, Spring Fair at the NEC in Birmingham, Harrogate Home & Gift in July and finishing off in September at the Autumn Fair again at the NEC. Please visit the Trade Fair information page where it will provide the show dates and stand locations.

Do you have a showroom?
We have a comfortable showroom based in Bristol where you can view the entire collection. Please contact us to make an appointment as sometimes the all-important samples may be at a trade show.

Do you visit clients?
Absolutely! We are always more than happy to make a visit to your premises. Every product we offer is photographed and we even carry samples so you can see a few items in the flesh.

Is everything in stock?
Whilst we carry stock many of the items shown are brand new and we may be waiting for these to arrive into our warehouse. We start showing Christmas in January and normally Christmas stock would start arriving from August onwards. If you require stock information on specific products please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

Can I pay by credit card?
We accept all major credit cards and this can be done over the phone by contacting our accounts department.  

How I can I see your prices?
Once you have registered and obtained a password you will then be able to access all the products and prices. Please register here

Why do some products have two prices?
Certain items have two prices, the highest price would be for the minimum quantity and the lower price would be for a greater quantity of which often is the full carton.

Do you work with wholesalers?
Yes we work with a number of wholesalers throughout the UK and beyond.

Do your prices include VAT?
Our prices are shown exclusive of VAT. The current VAT rate is 20%.

What happens if a product I have ordered is not in stock?
You will not be charged for products that are currently not in stock. The product will be added as a back order to your account and will be sent out for delivery as soon as it comes in. No additional carriage charge will be payable.

My order has arrived but there are damages.
We hope this isn’t the case but please contact us with the item number(s) and quantity and nature of the problem.

My order has arrived with incorrect items.
Occasionally the wrong item may get picked. Please contact us with the discrepancy and we will resolve this very quickly.
